One-time to-do prompts

Single-use tasks on the timeline

One-time to-do prompts are scheduled CLEA tasks that run once.

They are shown as blue cards in the calendar. Use them when you know the exact job, but the job does not need to repeat.

One inspection

Use a one-time task to inspect a weak prompt, a competitor mention, a source pattern, or a page after launch.

One draft

Use a one-time task to draft a report, page brief, workflow file, or suggestion card.

One follow-up card

Use a one-time task when Analytics already shows the evidence and CLEA only needs to turn it into a clear next step.

1

Pick one task

Use a blue card for work that should happen once.

2

Add context

Tell CLEA which prompt, file, or page to inspect.

3

Schedule the time

Place the task where review makes sense.

4

Close it cleanly

Complete, move, or turn it into a recurring routine.

Blue cards versus recurring events

Blue cards are for planned tasks. Recurring cards are for repeated work.

If the task only needs to happen once, keep it as a blue card. If the same review should happen every week, make it recurring.

Review the result like any agent output

A scheduled task can still be wrong or incomplete.

Read the result before acting. Check the prompt, the evidence, and the suggested action.

Upgrade only when the task repeats

Do not turn everything into a repeating task.

Upgrade a one-time task only when it proves useful and the same review should happen again.
