Drag and edit scheduled work
The schedule is editable
The calendar is not read-only. You can edit scheduled work directly from the weekly view.
This matters because visibility work changes. A launch moves. A report is not needed. A weekly review becomes too noisy. The calendar should follow the work.
Move the run
One-time to-do prompts can be dragged to another day and time.
This updates the scheduled date and run hour.
Change the repeat setting
Scheduled CLEA prompts can be one-time or recurring. Recurring options are daily, weekly, and monthly.
Use the repeat setting only when the task should happen again.
Update the prompt
Open a calendar card to edit the prompt text.
For agent prompts, the editor can also use file mentions. This makes it easy to point CLEA at a workflow file or saved context.
Editing without losing context
When you move work, keep the reason clear. The task should still explain what CLEA should inspect and what output it should produce.
Review the latest source gaps after the new page goes live. Use Analytics and Sources. Return one suggestion card only if the evidence is clear.
Checks after moving a recurring item
After editing a recurring prompt, check three things:
- The schedule still matches the work.
- The prompt still names the evidence CLEA should inspect.
- The output is still useful.
When to pause instead of reschedule
Sometimes the right move is not a new time. It is removing the task.
Pause or remove scheduled work when it repeats low-value output, checks missing data, or no longer matches the current goal.
