Visibility prompt runs
Scheduled checks for buyer questions
Visibility prompt runs are the scheduled buyer questions CLEA tracks.
These are the questions that feed Analytics. When the prompts run, CLEA stores the answers as chatlogs. Analytics can then show mentions, sources, competitors, and movement.
Prompt group
The calendar groups visibility prompts into one card for the day. This keeps the weekly view readable.
Click the card to see the prompt list.
Run time
Visibility prompts appear at the start of the workday in the calendar view. The point is to show that answer data is created before follow-up work happens.
Expected chatlog
Each run should produce answer evidence. That evidence can later be inspected in Analytics, Sources, Competitors, or by CLEA in chat.
Prompt run
A prompt run is a scheduled buyer-style question that creates answer evidence for later review.
The run creates the evidence layer
The visibility prompt is not the final action. It creates the evidence.
After the prompt runs, a recurring CLEA prompt can review what changed. That is where the calendar becomes useful for weekly work.
Agent prompts can follow the run
A good setup is simple:
Goal: turn daily visibility runs into useful work. Inputs: new chatlogs, Analytics, Sources, Competitors. Steps: find the clearest change, inspect the evidence, decide if a card is needed. Output: one suggestion card only if the next step is clear.
Schedule speed should match decisions
Do not run every prompt as often as possible. Run prompts often enough to notice useful movement.
Daily checks are useful for core buyer questions. Weekly checks can be enough for slower research or page review work.
