Report cadence

Weekly review rhythm

The menu says "report cadence". In simple words, this means how often CLEA should prepare a review.

The practical choice is when the dashboard should become a short report, summary, or suggestion card.

Team report timing

Some people do not need to open the dashboard every day.

For them, a weekly summary can explain what changed, what evidence matters, and what action should happen next.

Suggestion-card timing

Suggestion cards should not appear just because a schedule exists.

They should appear when CLEA finds a clear next step. A good card connects dashboard evidence to one action.

Agent-generated summaries

Agent-generated summaries are useful after fresh data arrives.

For example, a recurring prompt can review Analytics every Friday and return a short summary. If the evidence is strong, it can also create one suggestion card.

Report rhythm

Reports are useful when they summarize real changes and point to one clear next action.

Report readers

Write reports for the person who needs the decision.

A founder may need the main risk. A writer may need the page task. A client may need a simple before-and-after story.

Schedule changes

Change the report schedule when the work changes.

If the report repeats the same thing every week, make it less frequent or rewrite the prompt.
