Weekly review rhythm
Weekly review rhythm audience
The weekly review is the main moment where Calendar and Analytics meet.
Use it to ask: what changed this week, what evidence supports it, and what should we do next?
Report contents
A good weekly review should be practical.
It should not list every number. It should explain the main movement, the strongest source or competitor signal, and one useful next step.
| Review area | Question |
|---|---|
| Analytics | Did mentions or share move? |
| Sources | Which source pattern matters? |
| Competitors | Who gained answer space? |
| Search Console | Which page or query deserves review? |
| Calendar | What should CLEA do next week? |
Generation timing
Schedule the weekly review after enough data has arrived.
Friday can work well for a weekly summary. Monday can work well for planning the next tasks. The best choice depends on when the team reviews work.
