Review workflow
Triage the queue
Start by scanning the queue. Look for cards with clear evidence, a useful CTA, and obvious value.
Do not open every card in depth at once.

Review source gap on comparison prompts
Competitors are named from review pages where your brand is missing. Inspect the prompt evidence and decide whether this needs a page update or source review.
Open supporting evidence
Open the prompt result, source view, readiness item, or competitor view behind the card.
Evidence comes before action.
Decide the owner
Decide who should handle the card. Some cards belong to marketing, some to content, some to setup, and some to product.
The owner is the person who keeps the card moving. They do not need to do every task alone. They need to make sure the next step is clear and finished.
Choose next action
Choose one next action: accept, ask CLEA, archive, complete, or turn into scheduled work.
Read the reason
Check why the suggestion exists.
Inspect evidence
Open the linked prompt, source, page, or metric.
Choose action
Accept, ask CLEA, archive, complete, or schedule.
Close the loop
Track whether the action changed anything.
Track status changes
Use completion and archive states cleanly. They keep the queue readable.
Clean status changes also protect future suggestions. CLEA can read that a weak card was archived, a useful card was completed, or a repeated issue should become scheduled work.
Close the feedback loop
After work is done, check whether the related prompt, source, or readiness signal improved.
