Impact
Visibility impact
Visibility impact means the card can help your brand appear more often or appear with better wording.
Examples include prompt cleanup, source gaps, competitor gaps, and readiness fixes.
Impact signal
A strong card points to a change that can improve mentions, sources, competitor position, readiness, or the next workflow output.
Business impact
Business impact means the card touches a page, integration, or workflow that matters to the team.
Not every visibility issue has the same business value.
For example, a small prompt cleanup can matter a lot if that prompt is used in weekly reports. A large content idea can wait if no prompt or source evidence supports it yet.
Decision rule
Do high-impact cards first when the evidence is strong and the action is clear.
