Hand-editing pass

The hand-editing pass is where the page starts to sound like your site.

Read the draft from top to bottom.

Look for long sentences, repeated words, missing examples, weak transitions, and claims that sound too broad. Also check whether the page uses the same words your product and dashboard use.

Saving matters because the on-page check blocks when the file has unsaved changes. It also matters because the saved file is what later syncs through the sitemap flow.
