How CLEA uses suggestions
Suggestions shape the next session
Suggestions help decide what the user should do next. They keep the dashboard from becoming only a place to look at numbers.
Dashboard queue
The Suggestions panel shows live cards. Each card has a title, description, CTA, Ask CLEA action, and Archive action.

Review source gap on comparison prompts
Competitors are named from review pages where your brand is missing. Inspect the prompt evidence and decide whether this needs a page update or source review.
Chat context
Cards can be discussed in chat. Ask CLEA why the card exists, what evidence supports it, or what to do first.
Calendar follow-up
Cards can become scheduled work when the same problem keeps returning.
Suggestion cards can start workflows
A card can become a workflow when it describes a repeatable review.
For example, a repeated source gap can become a weekly source-review agent prompt.
Goal: turn repeated source-gap cards into one weekly review. Inputs: open suggestion cards, source analytics, latest prompt results. Steps: group repeated gaps, choose one owner, return one card or a no-action note. Output: one clean next step for the Suggestions queue.
Completion history matters
Completed actions show progress. They also help CLEA avoid repeating the same recommendation.
Queue cleanup protects trust
Archive cards that are weak, duplicated, outdated, or not useful anymore.
The queue should feel like a short list of real next steps.
