First data run

First data run setup step

The first data run gives CLEA real evidence. It runs tracked visibility prompts and stores the answers so the dashboard can start showing mentions, competitors, and sources.

This is the first moment where the workspace begins to prove what it knows.

1

Run prompts

Create the first saved answers.

2

Inspect mentions

Check whether your brand appears.

3

Review competitors

See who appears instead or beside you.

4

Check sources

Look at pages and domains shaping the answer.

Required account details

The run needs a domain, prompt set, and enough brand context to judge answers. Competitor context helps, but CLEA can also discover competitors from the answers.

Connected integrations are useful, but the first prompt run can still teach you something before every integration is complete.

CLEA activation

After the run, CLEA can inspect chatlogs and prepare more useful suggestions.

Ask CLEA to explain patterns only after the data exists. Before then, the answers will be mostly setup guidance.

Success state

The first data run is successful when prompt answers are saved, sources are visible, and you can inspect at least one mention or competitor result.

Your next move is to review the evidence before changing prompts or accepting cards.
