Authentication setting
Authentication controls who can access the workspace and connected account surfaces.
It also matters for integrations that require permission from the right account.
Configuration surface
Use the normal sign-in and workspace access flow. For integrations, connect through the product surfaces that request permission.
Do not share access through one person's login.

Add people who need dashboard, prompt, or card access.

Approve integrations from the right account.

Respect missing data
Treat unconnected data as unavailable.
CLEA effect
Authentication affects what CLEA can access and what the user can approve.
If an integration is not connected, CLEA should treat that data as unavailable.
