Start with setup, wait for first evidence, review cards, then schedule repeat work only after the manual loop is clear.

Runtime expectations are visible through the dashboard, calendar, prompt results, and suggestion queue.

Use these surfaces to see what has run, what is waiting, and what needs review.

When expectations are clear, users are less likely to judge an empty panel too early or over-schedule work before the first review.
