Attach files to planned pages
Planned pages are better when CLEA can see the right files.
A page idea by itself is often too thin. CLEA needs context. That context can come from prompt results, source notes, analytics, a workflow file, or an existing page draft.
Attach context before writing
Before asking CLEA to write, connect the page to the files that matter.
The simplest way is to keep the page notes in markdown and mention the right files in CLEA chat. Page Writer can also work with the current page file, so CLEA sees the title, URL, description, and body that already exist.
Start from the page
Open the planned markdown file first.
Pick useful files
Attach only notes that can improve this page.
Ask a narrow question
Tell CLEA which section or claim to work on.
Keep context in the file
Save important source notes with the page.
What to attach
Only attach files that can improve the page.
| File type | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Prompt notes | Shows how people ask the topic |
| Source notes | Gives proof CLEA should use |
| Analytics notes | Shows why the page matters |
| Existing draft | Gives CLEA something to improve |
| Workflow file | Shows the steps for repeated page work |
Keep the page file readable
You can add a short context section inside the planned page.
## Context files - Prompt result notes about AI visibility reporting. - Source notes from the dashboard setup page. - Internal link idea: connect to the analytics overview page.
This makes it easier to understand why the page exists when you return later.
