Workspace files

Files agents can use

Agents can use workspace files as instructions or context. Useful files include workflow routines, brand notes, sitemap plans, prompt review rules, and reporting templates.

The best files are short enough to follow and specific enough to shape the output.

1

Name the job

Say what the file helps CLEA do.

2

List inputs

Name the prompts, files, or dashboard views to use.

3

Define output

Ask for a card, report, summary, or draft.

4

Add review

Say where a human must approve the result.

Context to include

Include the goal, inputs, steps, output, and review rule. This gives CLEA a clean path from evidence to action.

Avoid dumping unrelated context into one file. Split large routines into focused files when needed.

Output to expect

With a good file, CLEA should produce a clearer answer, card, report, or draft.

The output should reflect the file. If the file says one suggestion card, CLEA should not return ten loose ideas.

Review before reuse

Review the first run before reusing the file. If CLEA misunderstood a step, edit the file.

Do not schedule the file until the manual result is good.
