Suggestion cards
Suggestion cards definition
Suggestion cards are recommended actions inside CLEA. They turn evidence into a task you can review, accept, complete, or archive.
They are one of the main ways CLEA moves from onboarding to impact.

Review source gap on comparison prompts
Competitors are named from review pages where your brand is missing. Inspect the prompt evidence and decide whether this needs a page update or source review.
Dashboard appearance
Cards appear in the suggestion workflow and can be surfaced from chat or scheduled agent prompts.
A useful card has a clear title, short reasoning, evidence, and a CTA that tells the user what to open next.
CLEA usage
CLEA can create cards from prompt gaps, source changes, setup issues, readiness checks, workflow runs, or direct user requests.
You can also ask CLEA to send a card when a conversation reveals a concrete next step.
Suggestion cards connect analytics, workflows, calendar, chat, and page work.
Keep the queue clean. Complete useful cards and archive noisy ones.
Evidence
The card explains why it exists.
CTA
The card points to one next action.
Review
The user accepts, asks, completes, or archives.
Feedback
Completed and archived cards shape future review.
