Workflows
Workflows definition
Workflows are repeatable routines for CLEA. They can live as files, scheduled prompts, or a clear process in chat.
They help CLEA do the same kind of review without needing the full instruction every time.
Workflow
A repeatable routine with inputs, steps, output, and review rules.
Dashboard appearance
Workflows connect most clearly through the calendar, scheduled agent prompts, workspace files, and suggestion cards.
The user can inspect what is scheduled and review the output before taking action.
CLEA usage
CLEA uses workflows to review prompt runs, inspect Search Console context, prepare reports, create suggestion cards, or support sitemap work.
Good workflows name inputs, steps, review points, and expected output.
Workflows connect to file mentions, agent prompts, suggestions, calendar, and sitemap expansion.
Do the routine manually once before scheduling it.
Goal: review weekly prompt movement. Inputs: latest prompt runs, source analytics, open suggestions. Output: one summary and one suggestion card when action is clear. Review: user approves before scheduling the routine.
