Go-live checklist

Before releasing CLEA

Before release, make sure the workspace has a clear domain, owner, and first review path.

You do not need every integration ready on day one, but you should know what is missing.

Domain

The domain should be the site CLEA will monitor for AI visibility and SEO context.

Go-live base

The first check is simple: right domain, right owner, right first review path.

Workspace

The workspace should open cleanly and show the right account context.

Team

The right reviewers should have access. This includes the people who can approve data connections, prompt changes, and content work.

Prompt coverage check

Check whether the first prompt set asks real buyer questions. It should cover brand, competitor, and category discovery.

Weak prompt coverage will make the first analytics less useful.

1

Domain

Confirm the monitored site.

2

Workspace

Confirm the account context.

3

Team

Confirm the people who can approve work.

4

Prompts

Confirm the first buyer questions.

Data connection check

Check which data sources are connected. Search Console, Google Analytics, and GitHub-backed sitemap work may depend on extra setup.

CLEA should treat missing sources as missing, not guessed.

First suggestion review

Review the first suggestion cards after data arrives. Accept useful cards, complete finished work, and archive noisy cards.

Review source gap on comparison prompts

Competitors are named from review pages where your brand is missing. Inspect the prompt evidence and decide whether this needs a page update or source review.

Calendar routines enabled

Only enable recurring routines that have a clear purpose. The calendar should support the workflow, not flood the user.

Week-one measurement pass

At the end of week one, look for the first pattern. Check prompt quality, competitor coverage, source patterns, readiness issues, and completed cards.

1

Confirm setup

Check the workspace, prompts, competitors, and files.

2

Wait for data

Let first prompt runs and dashboard signals arrive.

3

Review suggestions

Work through the first useful cards.

4

Plan week two

Use the first pattern to choose the next action.
