Add workspace files

Workspace files let CLEA use your own context. They can include workflows, brand notes, sitemap plans, review rules, and other documents that help CLEA work more accurately.

Use files when the same context will be needed more than once.

You do not need code to benefit from files. Add a file, then refer to it from chat or a scheduled prompt.

Start with one useful file. A simple workflow file is often better than a large folder nobody reviews.

CLEA can use files to understand how you want work done. For example, a workflow file can define inputs, steps, output shape, and review rules.

Goal: review prompt results and find one useful next step.
Inputs: latest chatlogs, competitor mentions, source analytics.
Output: one suggestion card with a clear CTA.
Review: user approves before any content change.

After adding a file, ask CLEA to summarize how it will use that file. If the summary is wrong, fix the file before scheduling work from it.
