File mentions

File mentions tell CLEA which file or folder to use while doing the task.

They are useful when the instructions are too detailed to repeat inside every chat or scheduled prompt.

Mention the file and explain why it matters. A file mention should not be dropped into a prompt without context.

Tell CLEA whether the file is a workflow, reporting template, brand rule, sitemap plan, or review checklist.

The file should carry clear inputs, steps, output shape, and review rules.

Goal: review buyer-style prompt results.
Inputs: latest chatlogs, competitor mentions, source reads.
Output: one card or a short "no action" note.
Review: user approves before scheduling follow-up work.

Compare the agent output to the file. If CLEA skipped a rule, update the prompt or file before using it again.

File mentions create consistency only when the files are maintained.
