Mention rate shows how often your brand appears across prompt runs.
It is one of the fastest ways to see whether AI systems are naming you.
If CLEA ran 40 prompt answers and your brand appeared in 10 of them, the mention rate is 25%. That is a simple number, but the meaning depends on the prompts.
Brand presence over time
Read mention rate over time, not only once. Use the `7D`, `30D`, and `ALL` filters to see whether the pattern is stable.
One bad day can happen. A repeated drop deserves review.
Comparison use
Compare mention rate with competitor mentions and source reads.
If your site is read but not named, the next step may be page clarity or stronger proof.
