Share of voice shows how much of the tracked AI answer space belongs to you compared with competitors.
This is not the whole market. It is only based on the prompts CLEA is tracking. That makes it honest and useful, because you can inspect the prompt evidence behind it.
Start with mention rate. It tells you how often your brand appears in tracked prompt answers.
Rank and movement
Rank shows where you sit among named brands. Movement shows whether your position improved or weakened in the selected period.
Use the same period filter when comparing movement.
The dashboard uses `7D`, `30D`, and `ALL`. Use `7D` for a quick pulse, `30D` for a steadier read, and `ALL` for the full history.
Prompt-level gaps
Prompt-level gaps show which questions pull your visibility down.
These are often the best places to ask CLEA for a next action.
Model and prompt breakdowns
Breakdowns help you avoid one flat number. You can inspect differences by model and by prompt.
This matters because one model may name you while another does not.

Read trend changes with care. A single run can move the number, but repeated movement is more meaningful.
Actions from weak prompts
When a prompt is weak, inspect the answer, sources, and competitors before acting.
Goal: review a weak share-of-voice prompt. Inputs: prompt answer, mentioned competitors, sources, previous runs. Steps: decide if this is a prompt issue, source issue, or page issue. Output: one suggestion card if the next step is clear.
