Use it when a dashboard number moved and you need to know why. The routine should read the answer text, sources, mention result, and competitor names.

Useful inputs include:

• the weak prompt
• latest chatlogs
• previous chatlogs
• sources visited
• competitor mentions
• the user's own site or related page

The output should explain the reason behind the result.

It should not only say that mention rate dropped. It should explain what the answer said, what source shaped it, and what action might help.

Goal: explain one weak prompt result.

Steps:
1. Read the latest answer.
2. Compare it with the previous answer if available.
3. Identify the source or competitor pattern.
4. Decide if this is a prompt, source, competitor, or page issue.
Output: short explanation and one next action.
