Chatlog deep dive
Chatlog deep dive routine goal
A chatlog deep dive inspects the real AI answers behind a metric.
Use it when a dashboard number moved and you need to know why. The routine should read the answer text, sources, mention result, and competitor names.
Inputs
Useful inputs include:
- the weak prompt
- latest chatlogs
- previous chatlogs
- sources visited
- competitor mentions
- the user's own site or related page
Chatlog deep dive
A deep dive reads saved answers so CLEA can explain what changed instead of guessing.
Output
The output should explain the reason behind the result.
It should not only say that mention rate dropped. It should explain what the answer said, what source shaped it, and what action might help.
workflow.txtCopy prompt
Goal: explain one weak prompt result. Inputs: prompt answer, sources, competitor mentions, related page. Steps: 1. Read the latest answer. 2. Compare it with the previous answer if available. 3. Identify the source or competitor pattern. 4. Decide if this is a prompt, source, competitor, or page issue. Output: short explanation and one next action.
Repeat schedule
Use this routine when needed.
It can be scheduled after prompt runs, but it is often better as a manual workflow when the user sees a specific issue in Analytics.
