Calendar triggers

A calendar trigger starts when a scheduled CLEA prompt runs.

This is the most practical workflow trigger. The user can see it in the calendar, edit it, move it, or remove it.

Create a scheduled agent prompt.

Name the task clearly, choose the schedule, and mention any workflow file CLEA should follow.

Every Friday, complete @workflow 2.
Review Analytics, Sources, and Competitors.
Return a short weekly summary and one suggestion card only if useful.

The prompt can use workspace files and dashboard context CLEA can read.

If Search Console or Google Analytics is not connected, the workflow should say that data is missing instead of guessing.

Use a clear action rule.

Examples:

• Send a card only if a prompt gap repeats.
• Send a card only if the source pattern appears more than once.
• Return a summary only if no action is clear.
• Skip the run if the needed data is missing.
