Content and claim approval
Content and claim approval gate
Content and claim approval protects the quality of the work.
This is important when CLEA writes page copy, compares competitors, describes results, or suggests proof that should be added to a page.
Reviewer checklist
Check the claim before accepting it:
| Check | Question |
|---|---|
| Truth | Is the claim supported? |
| Source | Can we point to the evidence? |
| Scope | Is the claim too broad? |
| Tone | Does it sound like the brand? |
| Risk | Could this mislead a buyer? |
CLEA boundary
CLEA can suggest stronger wording.
It should not invent proof. If proof is missing, the workflow should say what is missing instead of filling the gap.
Approval record
When a claim is approved, keep the evidence close to the task.
For example, a page brief can include the source, prompt answer, or Search Console query that led to the change.
