This is the safest trigger because the user can guide the first run and inspect the result immediately.

Mention the workflow file in chat and give CLEA one clear focus.

Run @workflow 1 once.

Before sending any suggestion card, show me the evidence you would use.

Manual chat can use file mentions, dashboard files, prompt results, and workspace context.

It is also the right place to ask follow-up questions. If CLEA gives a weak result, ask what data it used and what it missed.

Manual runs are good for testing.

Do not schedule a workflow until the manual run returns a useful shape. If the first run is confusing, improve the workflow file first.
